Flight Booking Policy:
- Total Price: The displayed price includes all applicable government taxes.
- Payment: The entire amount must be paid before confirming the booking.
- Refunds: No refunds for ‘no-shows’ or partially unused flights.
- Infant Fares: Infants must be under 24 months for the entire journey. If over 24 months on return, a separate booking is required.
- Accompaniment: Infants must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- Governing Terms: All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Airlines/Supplier.
Check-In:
- Domestic Flights: Check-in starts 2 hours before departure.
- International Flights: Check-in starts 3 hours before departure.
- Infant Documentation: Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents.
- Seat Allocation: Additional charges may apply for seat allocations.
Amendments:
- Assistance: Assistance is available for most amendments, but some may require direct airline contact.
- Charges: Airlines levy amendment charges, with non-refundable fees based on flight and booking class.
- Fee Structure: Garudadri charges a Non-Refundable amendment handling fee of INR 500 per passenger per segment within India Domestic bookings.
- Offline Amendments: Additional charges apply for offline amendments through the call center. For within India Domestic bookings, if you amend your ticket offline through our call center a Non-Refundable fee of INR 300 per passenger per segment will be charged in addition to airline’s amendment charges.
- Cancellation Post Amendment: Non-refundable charges apply for cancellations post-amendment.
- Policy Variation: Some fares may not be amendable based on airline policies.
Cancellation Policy:
- Charges: Airlines impose cancellation charges, with some fares being non-refundable.
- Convenience Fee: Non-refundable convenience fee for user or airline-initiated cancellations.
- Cancellation Fee: Garudadri imposes a Non-Refundable cancellation fee of INR 500 per passenger per sector for within India Domestic bookings. If for within India Domestic bookings, Cancellation is done through the customer support executives assistance, we will levy INR 1000 per passenger per flight.
- Cancellation Medium: Only online, email, or telephonic cancellation requests are entertained.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: For e-tickets, cancellations less than 3 hours before departure require direct airline contact.
- Refund Adjustment: If the user makes changes directly with the airline after refund, Garudadri reserves the right to debit the refunded amount.
Refunds:
- Process: Refunds are processed after approval from the respective Airline/Service Provider.
- Airline Operations Cease: In case of airline cessation, refunds will be processed by Garudadri only after receiving funds from the airline.
No Show:
- Non-refundable for ‘no-show’ bookings.
